Resume-George Ripely

Experience:
-Graduate of Harvard Divinity School
-Regular writer in the Christian Examiner
-Mayor of the town of Brook Farm
-Conducted Social Experiments in the idea of Associatinism
-Worked as a Freelance Journalist for the New York Tribune

Beliefes:
I believe in this new liberal and educated outlook on christianity. It should not be the beliefe in miracles but rather the faith in community which should unite us in our faith. I believe that this idea of Associatinism is a perfect way to unite people in both their faith and social behavior. I believe that the bridge between the lower and upper classes can be achieved through their work. If everyone's abilities are matched up to the task that they are suited for then those people will work hard at what they do in order to make the community better. This will create a non-competitive environment will ensue in which everyone will be content.

Results:

I must say that I was rather pleased witht the success of Brook Farms. For the six years that I was mayor of the town there was a high level of success in both helping to remove the class system and in creating a non-competitive environment. I believe that without the fire Brook Farms would currently be a thriving and well off comunity free of the entaglements of competitive market.

Requests:
My only request of the Federal government is for the funding to rebuild Brook Farms. With such a monitary donation the whole of the nation will be able to see the ability of the people to accept a non-competitive environment and show that individuals are not as loyal to class as originally believed. Furthermore with all of the social classes finally working together as a whole the students of those classes will be able to learn together. WIth such a large variety of children learning under the same building there will be no question as to that they will recieve a full and broad viewed education.
